A co-worker of mine is determined, in a friendly way, to force me into small talk. When I need to go see him about something he wants me to greet, ask customary questions (How are you?) Habit on his part is to protest by saying "We don't sleep together, so you can't just demand." He stopped saying that - or laughs after he says it - because I responded with "That's not my fault, you're the straight one."
Did you know that the first time terrorists used planes to attack Americans wasnβt on 9/11 or at Pearl Harbor? It was during the Tulsa Race Massacre of 1921 when white supremacists flew βa dozen planes to drop turpentine or nitroglycerin bombs & men shot from planes.β
103 years later, we must keep fighting for reparations for Tulsa Race Massacre survivors, and bring about meaningful racial justice in America.

What I'm getting from this is that you've never been in an airport. There's *always* a line at security. In the US, at Heathrow, at Munich airport, there's a line. Seen it with my own two eyes.
And I *am* a big Biden booster, because the alternative is Trump. There's not a single thing that would be better with Trump in office - everything important to me and the people I care about would be so much worse.
In his annual Pride declaration
President Joe Biden made a condemned bans on healthcare for transgender youth as antithetical to the basic American values of life, safety, and dignity.
Where did I hear about it first? Oh, just the Daily Wire.
Look, I'm not a big Biden booster, I'm particularly unhappy about the genocide support thing, but I do think we need to be willing to give credit/call attention to strong supportive statements by the US President!!

I have crows that come knock on my office window, to let me know it's time for me to spread unsalted mixed nuts on the windowsill outside.
What usually causes the friction in my house is when I have a strong preference against something, but can't articulate a reason why. I'm just not up for it right now. Maybe tomorrow, maybe next week, but not right now.
re: Same food talk
I eat one meal a day - lunch. Breakfast is coffee/cream and a few handfuls of mixed unsalted nuts. Lunch is whatever dish I cooked that week. This week it's chicken fajita (chicken / peppers / onions / mushrooms, jalapeno cheese, no tortillas) with an orange and apples for dessert. Dinner is whatever fruit is left over from lunch. I'll eat this all week, and next week it'll be a different main course, but the same everything else.
All of these things would have to be preceded by getting Republicans out of power. Without that, none of it is possible.
They freaked out and claimed 'Gub'ment comin' for your stove!!1!" when the data was released that natural gas stoves release toxins into the air of your home.
Turns out sheβs the cousin of a friend of ours!
Claudia Sheinbaum Makes History as First Woman Elected to Lead #Mexico
A climate scientist and former mayor, Ms. Sheinbaum became the first woman and Jewish person elected as president of the country.
Biden did this? Take a peek at what's been coming out of the WH and compare it to what's been covered in the media. Biden isn't a dictator, he can't control what's shown on the news and what social media amplifies. Controversy gets clicks and advertisers. Sane, stable press releases get ignored.
I love Doctor Who, going back as far as the first reboot Doctor (Christopher Eccleston). I enjoyed Jodie Whittaker's take on it, and I'm seriously loving the current Doctor.

The Doctor physically transitioned the same year I did ^.^

and by non-rabid, i mean people not on the βitβs gone wokeβ, βJodi Whittaker destroyed the seriesβ, etc. bandwagon

Most racists, though they may not realize it, are radioactive. Most people of color are Geiger counters.
Being able to almost immediately identify a racist isnβt a parlor trick or a lucky guess. If youβve lived among them and have had to survive them, being able to recognize them comes almost instinctively. Can there be doubt? Of course, absolutely. But itβs when thereβs no doubt that one is consistently right.

on the GOP?
yes
if they lose
if enough morons in the usa don't vote or vote third party, considering what is on the line if trump wins, then the joke is on the rest of us, and the world
