We set up small overflow fountains in the front yard, and a large waterfall fountain in the back yard, when we bought our house. Purely for aesthetics, but over the years it's amazed me how many animals and insects they attract, to get a drink on hot days. Hornets, bees, birds, squirrels, they're all out there, all day long, getting drinks of water.
To anyone still masking in the workplace...
Or presenting masked to an in-person audience...
And to anyone navigating a career at any stage while still taking the transmission of airborne disease seriously...

Yβall, this is not that hard. In the US:
Right to Work refers to States that have banned union security clauses. Essentially, you canβt be required to join a union or pay dues as a condition of employment. Itβs meant to weaken unions. It has nothing to do with firing, and itβs relatively recent.
At Will refers to an employment arrangement where neither party must give any cause or any notice to terminate the relationship. Essentially, you can be fired for no reason at all.
During winter, I really felt bad about the lack of weapons supplies to Ukraine. To think that we, "the free worldβ, should pause when helping the Ukrainian people fight their fight for freedom, really made me cringe.
But watching all the impressive deliveries from all countries this spring has been amazing. I know, this war is far from over, but if the 50+ wealthy allies keep increasing the aid, there is no way, the Russian economy can keep up.
Not in the long run.
