Apologies, the typing intern responsible has now been fired.

For any trans people who need to hear this:

Your body is beautiful. You're worthy of being desired, if that's something you want.

Whether you choose to transition (and in whatever direction you want), and wherever you are in that process -- you're seen, you are believed, and I'm proud to be your sibling.

When you look in the mirror, you deserve to hear, "Hey, Beautiful." If you don't hear it in your voice, hear it in mine.

Your strength is incredible. You come from a long tradition of transgender people, stretching back to the earliest days of humanity.

Let the haters shout into the void. You don't need to. The Void already loves you. ✨

(cis people please boost)

Lauren Boebert and Marjorie Taylor Greene are fighting, which is exactly what I wanted for Christmas. 🎅🙏

I see there's chatter about creators being discouraged from posting their shop links and promoting their art for sale etc. on fedi.

Most of the pre-influx userbase of the fediverse chose to come here because they're tired of corporations and capitalism. They are very eager to support indie creators and very receptive to seeing shop links, Patreon/Ko-Fi links, commission sheets, etc.

I encourage our members to share their shop links liberally. People want to support you here. 💜

Female students have been banned from Universities in Afghanistan with immediate effect, the Taliban has said.

Women’s rights being disregarded, yet again. I’m incandescent with rage for Afghan women & girls, they deserve equal access to education 😡

Here I am with happy face in the Yukon winter wonderland after the -40 cold night, the power outage and no heat. Weather people said it felt like -50. I am smiling or at least trying to 😀. I am loving the frost on my beard too. I am dispatching joy to you as well 🧡

As seen on Facebook (irony intended):

Brilliant journalism dunk. 🏀

Sorry I haven’t been able to get back to you, I’ve been pretty busy chasing this cherry tomato around my plate with a fork. Almost. Got. It.

Fediverse: I’m looking for places to donate some money before the end of the year—especially interested in supporting trans and other Black women and women of color, indigenous sovereignty, global climate justice, reproductive rights. What are your suggestions of effective organizations? Please #boost so I can get more ideas! #donation #justicework (@BlackAzizAnansi can you help?)

Most people figure when they get to their 60s, it’s time to slow down, take stock, and hit cruise control.
That’s not what I did.
I came out of the closet, figured out this social media thing, and then made my Broadway debut in my 70s. Now I’m taking on London in my 80s!

To see me live and on stage in the West End, get tickets before they’re gone! https://Allegiancemusical.com

I’m not that mad we didn’t get the Jetsons flying cars yet, but c’mon the robot maid we should be there by now.

@bkm I wish I worked a job that didn't require me to wear pants 😝😂

Hope Hicks was the unwitting star of the Jan. 6 hearings yesterday. Just how damaging was her testimony and evidence to Trump? My piece today explores the question of Hope when to comes to indicting and convicting Trump.

They re-branded pretty quickly... can't imagine why.
