@ScottSoCal @lunarobverse also been there. Once had a customer call up, tell me her new phone system was all messed up. We then agreed that I’d go and review ALL of the notes on her account and call her back. Took me like 45 minutes, during which time she called back again. I then had to follow up with her for at least a week to begin a few months long process to get her phone system to better fit her needs. After a few weeks she was quite a bit easier to deal with.

As an Australian who suffered through the Morrison government era. #jacindaardern was a Beacon of hope for me. Especially as I looked at the global stage and saw the likes of Trump & Boris. I’m sure she is far from perfect but I admired that an intelligent, communicative woman could lead her country during trying times and remain humane and compassionate. I often fantasised about moving to NZ. So I wish her well in this next phase of life.
