I've seen people saying they don't include alt-text with their art/photos because they don't want to 'explain the meaning' of their work.

Alt text isn't for people who can see your images perfectly. It's for those who can't. Your desire to 'let the viewer decide the meaning' isn't more important than people's disability needs, and the alt text and meaning of the art are mutually exclusive. Get over yourself. MAGA Republicans object to U.S. aid going to Ukraine to help the democracy preserve itself and defend its citizens against an unprovoked attack by Putin-led Russia. But those same take no issue with taxpayer dollars funding Secret Service-provided protection of a twice-impeached former U.S. president who committed crimes while attempting to overthrow of their own democracy.

MAGA Republicans, along with the Republicans whose cunning and cowardice enables them, are America’s shame.
