Do any #neuroscience experts know:

Does the #eye absorb photons when they enter a sort-of pupil→nerve transformer and change them into neurons?

Or;

Does the #photon beat off the receptors like a drum skin, transferring the energy via the cones to a nested neuter/protoneuron, creating an image carrying messenger neuron?

I owned, and beat, this game when I was in high school. It captured my heart and I couldn't stop playing. It was a relief to learn there was a 2nd version of the game available after beating the 1st, because it meant I could keep playing the game I loved.
