Instead of blaming video games, start looking at the super easy to get weapons on each corner of street problem

But didn't great grandmother get married and stay married? Lived her life right! Not like the fast little girls we have today.

My great grandmother had 5 husbands. She married the first at 15. He was in his 40s and she was considered lucky since married to him they could not take the land she owned. (Rocky, hilly soil cut by a river in North Carolina)-- her first husband died of the flu and she got married again right away. She had to be married to exist.

She was a remarkable woman.

My sister reminded me that it’s the anniversary of my first book today! I published The Wolf’s Call on this day twelve years ago and it’s still going strong. Mind you, it’s free, which helps. 😀

Crazy. Highest prime age labor force participation rate in a generation. Too bad nobody wants to work and immigrants took all the jobs.

Cookie got a clean bill of health from the vet, who saved her when she had a close shave last month! She said Cookie is doing really well, though her issues are still ‘a ticking time bomb’. We are hoping we can manage them medically and keep her happy and comfy before that happens. I’m really glad to have extra time with her.
