The rest is "just work"; though there is a substantial amount of work in the VFX/sound/UI rigging, the derisk is complete.

the shit unity's pulling right now is horrible, of course, but if a lot of people switch to godot because of it, that's a great silver lining. imo it's a lot better designed overall, it's friendlier to beginners, and it is of course open source
