I read too much news πŸ™

... what do I do now? How do we fix all this? 😭

@Tobi I believe the parlance is "get out of my head, Randall"

And QC... oh my... I do have a thing for large robot ladies, I guess!

This concludes "Tobi reads today's selection of webcomics", tune in tomorrow for more chuckles and sounds of confusion!

Haven't had an xkcd strip resonate with me like that in some time.

Is Randall on here? :blobhyperthink:
Can I just shout "SAME!" at him? :blobthinkingsmirk:
Is that a good use of anybody's time? :blobthinkingcool:

Hey, can I just say, because capitalist propaganda is so hard to unlearn:

If you have a job, any kind of job at all, I'm so proud of you. This shit is hard. Working, period, is hard.

And if you don't have a job? That doesn't make you lesser than the people who do have one.

We all deserve the same level of respect as human beings. Capitalism fails to uphold what should be a law of human rights.

Anyone got spoons for me? I want to play video games, pls!

Maybe some big companies or important people will have lost data with this update and they force MS to... like... make a usable OS again? One which users have actually control over?

Show thread

Microsoft: "You should always back up your data before an OS update."

Also Microsoft: *automatically updates "your" OS in the background*

I'm agender so that means where my gender used to be i now store a small collection of my favorite stones, and only my lovers are allowed to see them. occasionally i go to the lake and skip a few to savor the missing weight

there might not have been all caps in that post but they were def in my heart

Does anyone know of an which lets you comfortably read files of books?

I read them on my 10" tablet, but I'm wondering what looking into LEDs for an hour before bed does to my sleep...

Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, DOUBLE shame on you.

I've been thinking about this... those day tickets seem weird to me.
I could ride trains ALL DAY, for a thouand km or more (though I'd have to travel in circles πŸ˜† ), for 23 Euros.
But if I want to go someplace - maybe only 100 km away - one day and back the next, I'd have to pay twice πŸ€”

If you complain about the disruption from strikes then you can just fucking go back to working fourteen hours a day with no weekends or safety laws because that's where you'd be without them.
