I really don't like when applications like to start when Windows starts.
It makes me impatient to see 20 programs take a half hour to open, so I often shrink it down to the essentials and open certain programs when I want.
Seems to work out better for me
well, being scared I might've busted my PC was not how I wanted to start today.

Gone down a rabbit hole of videos showing old emulators from the DOS era playing games with good image quality but awful sound.
It's fascinating for someone like me who doesn't use emulation all that often, and only barely remembers that early emulation period.
I now have three friends who have chipped money into my patreon.
With how I look at it, $7/month is better than $0
New on the Secret Area Patreon: It's Shellshock Nam '67, a Vietnam War game released in that weird time where those were popular, by a developer you wouldn't expect.

Reading about Biden's VP pick and people just getting up in arms just makes me dread the next few months.
I'm so done with this stuff, honestly.
I'm more interested in the goofy Hot Wheels DLC they did than the base Forza Horizon 3 experience.
I played the first Forza Horizon on 360 and thought it was alright for a racing game.
Today I learned that Forza Horizon 3 is getting delisted off digital storefronts.
Might as well get it now before it goes away. Thank goodness I can play it on Windows 10.

I have a hard time using "this guy" to refer to myself these days.
Yet I still don't feel comfortable referring to myself as "this gal" yet

I had a conversation with someone about bras and honestly for the past few days I haven't stopped thinking about that.
Like, I thought about wearing dresses, skirts, and boots, but never *bras*. It's one of those revelations I never realized until recently.
My brain works in stupid ways sometimes

I really have to learn to just have one-on-one conversations with people again.
Though I need to not be afraid to talk to people first.
Turns out playing games by myself is exhausting and lonely.
Probably should change that.
