#TIL not one but *three* top-40 singles asked the question, "What is love?":
Haddaway, obviously, in 1993, and it reached #11, the highest of them all.
Howard Jones asked in 1984, but it petered out at #33.
But in 1959, the Playmates reached #15 with the question and some stereotypical objectified guesses.

@arielmt Things Can Only Get Better is the superior Howard Jones single anyway (as evidenced by reaching #5 in 1985)
