I'm one of like… four… people there who isn't in the 'cule but is just a close friend (after the breakup that disconnected my 'cule from this one)… but… it's really awkward to be there………

I can find you a job here, I can help you look for a different job out where you are if you prefer to stay there, like I said I can also support you financially while you take time off work, HR will almost always have a process for leaves of absence and you can claim it for medical reasons probably
