So, in "Kat does something '''productive'''", I put in some more job applications. Now, normally, this wouldn't be too exciting. Woo. More trying to do barely meaningful work in the hopes of being able to afford continued existance. BUT! Something different happened. I actually filled in the "preferred name" as Katlynn. That's right, I (as best as I could) applied to jobs as myself. OWO

Obviously something needs to be done about these big internet conglomerates, but nationalizing ain't it, chief.

If you were (or still are) worried about Trump creating a Muslim database, you should be *very* firmly against nationalizing companies like Google. There are more examples that smarter folx than I could come up with, but, we'll just start with that

Nationalizing Google/Amazon/whatever won't fix their many, many issues. It'll just make it easier for the US govt. to exploit them for their own nefarious purposes

Using the image description for a joke is all well and good, but not when you omit describing the image. Either describe the image then make your joke or vice versa, but don't just make your joke without describing the image

(And, of course, do describe your images. It's useful for those using screen readers, as well as those who can't load (or won't load) images for whatever reason)

Questionable idea of the day: plugging your anti-static wristband into the ground of a (properly grounded) electrical outlet

The week before, mom had sent me a picture of my sister on her first day of senior year dabbing, and I figured I'd return the favour. Yep, others dress nice for their first day, I send mom a picture of me dabbing. Good stuff.
