We should make it a rule that corporations should be banned from queerwashing their brands for just one month unless they donate at least 5% of their CEO's total earnings, after tax, to LGBT advocacy groups.
Either CEOs are on our side all year 'round, or they prove their integrity by putting money where their mouths are.

Reminder that DC has a wide platform, plenty of wealth and cultural sway, and he's using it to punch down on minorities struggling to exist, while painting himself as such a victim for being harshly criticized for his "jokes"
People can argue all they want about how he's trying to be better about the issues, but I am not obliged to give him the benefit of the doubt while he galvanized a genocidal anti-trans hate group. He's also not entitled to our viewership.

UTA claims to be a "community that cares". I wonder how true that is. You think if I emailed a suicide threat to them that they'd actually try to help with my financial situation or would they just try to shove me into inpatient, thus putting me in even more medical debt? I already couldn't afford my rent and now add on that I just spent $110 on psychiatric meds. Remind me why I shouldn't just kill myself again? There's so much more to see? Like what? Never being able to get out of debt because I constantly have to pay absurd amounts for basic necessities like housing and meds? Maybe I shoulda just skipped a step and killed myself in advance. At least then my family woulda had an extra $100 to use instead of now pointless meds.
