Legit, though, it never fails to amaze me just how prolific Indo-european languages are. Like, damn. Despite looking nothing alike, languages as diverse as Sanskrit, Persian, Spanish, Greek, Russian, and, yes, even English share a core going back thousands of years. Is that not just amazing?

If you really wanted to have fun with it, you could do some fun political commentary.

Story idea: Isekai, but it's a demon being summoned and, not being able to go back home (yet?) or not knowing how or something, has to figure out life in our world. Think The Devil is a Part-Timer but with an everyday demon with no ambitions of conquest.

In case you're curious, the QR code thing is a vaccine passport, and I'm still not sure where the blockchain comes into play.

I clicked a link not thinking anything of it. Thought it was normal privacy stuff. Got to #3 about the QR codes surveillance putting you on the blockchain(!) and started wondering "What the fuck?" It wasn't until I read five (homeschool your kids instead of getting them the COVID vaccine), that I realized what was going on. But geez, was that a fun minute before I realized!

The worst part is that that tweet makes sense to people, and those people happen to be an unreasonably powerful demographic who hate people like me. Good gods, I know there ain't much you can do for this country, but at least save us vulnerable ones from its inevitable decline.
