An in-game Pokemon-themed videogame must exist, since every Pokemon game contains a Nintendo console inside the protagonist's own bedroom. And Pokemon has been a Nintendo mainstay ever since the first Pokemon game was released in our world.
Really makes you think.
The fact that Bulbapedia is imperfect and contains often-nonsensical trivia sections suggests that we exist within a Pokemon simulation.
Perhaps on some higher plane, a perfect Pokemon encyclopedia exists...
One can only speculate.
Bulbapedia exists because we as players need data on Pokemon to compete and train.
The Pokedex exists because the characters we play in the game need data on Pokemon to compete and train.
Perhaps there is a Pokemon-themed video game in the Pokemon universe, which has its own Pokemon encyclopedia.
Perhaps as we go down each level from reality to fiction in-game fiction, the encyclopedia become less informative, because the writers have less access to the true nature of Pokemon.

@Bashabez5 Isn't this the guy who illegally fled Belize because they wanted to question him about a murder? Why is he relevant...oh. He's running for US President. But of course.
Reminder that there are people on this website who have been lauded for being "good allies" to POC.
Who then have turned and called any POC they weren't actively agreeing with fake POC and larping as POC.
And when called out for that, used their clout for siding with PV as proof that they couldn't be racist.
@FirstProgenitor i still like the idea of setting up a bot to post, once weekly, "your experiences are not universal, and other people having different experiences doesn't invalidate yours"
that covers at least half of the discourse that goes on here
