weight loss, diet/exercise 

so here's the plan

limited-carb, moderate fat, moderate protein (currently 2400 calorie/day) diet

regular cardio exercise following a "Couch to 5K" program

limited intake of caffeine, and no carbonated drinks
replace all with water (or fruit juice if carb limit allows)

this is basically what I did to lose 20lbs before, but with the addition of the exercise

weight loss, diet/exercise 

that calorie count will probably be decreased to 2000 as my app suggests

either way, my goal is to lose 70lbs over however long it takes

hopefully within a year, though

i mean, at 2lbs a week that should take 9 months

knowing how this diet has worked for me in the past though i could burn off more per week with the exercise
