@Felthry well, everything being piano is typically just data for which presets to use being corrupted
this is more "oh that's the wrong preset" or "wow this midi sucks how could it possibly sound any better?"
@Felthry the only problem is midis made with XG in mind sound absolutely terrible on a typical GM synth
@Felthry Yamaha's EXtended General Midi standard
from 128 instruments to over 600, and so many controllers and parameters

midis made for XG sound amazing... on XG midi synths anyway
