@phobos_dthorga two day course, and fwiw the only question i got wrong on the test was just how often you should switch when doing two-rescuer CPR (i said 3 minutes instead of 2)

i now know how to:
-take control of a scene involving a single casualty
-give first aid for most common injuries
-perform one- and two-rescuer CPR on any individual
-use an AED effectively

local shark is certified in first aid :3

local shark knows how to do first aid for fractures and such now uwu

@xenon nah, lifeguarding has an additional swimming skill and fitness requirement I don't meet

-emergency first aid (bleeding, medical conditions)
