negative, work bs

two weeks compensation for, y'know

almost 9 weeks no work now

negative, work bs

so, my employer's offer without going any further is 2 weeks' average pay (so like, $500) and moving me to another store

i haven't worked for... let's see...

two whole fucking months

idk, what seems more appropriate?

how do i say "this offer feels like a fucking slap in the face" without actually saying that

local shark girl wants to snuggle a certain dragon boy, but that basically amounts to snuggling herself?

unless I really am able to change the multiplier but only within 1.5

since 66.6x4.5 gets 300
(default multiplier is x6.0)

i should see if the 7.5 setting works i guess
that'd get 500 anyway

Show thread

the only reason i'm able to overclock the Celeron is the fact the motherboard has jumpers for the FSB settings lmao

i still have no idea how a 400MHz Celeron was *underclocked* to 300MHz when I first got it tho

I can't seem to find any way to actually change the multiplier (the jumpers don't change much at all)

two versions of the same song

one is just... a particular version associated with a certain meme

hey these super mario sunshine midis sound a bit...

too good on the awe32 lmao

oh whoops i forgot the 3.5 million note bad apple midi was in that folder

guess it's on my old comp now lmao

also the in-bios hardware monitor has the CPU temp peaking at 58 C

keep in mind that's bios idle, which is a high idle

Show thread

also worth noting is the chipset (particularly the SiS620 North Bridge) gets extremely hot at anything higher than 600 (and is pretty hot at anything above 400 really)

Show thread

note that all these settings are (presumably) safe for the RAM (which uses the FSB speed unmultiplied) as it's PC133

Show thread

as it stands:

-Totally stable at 400, 450, 500, and 540.

-Hangs while loading Windows at 570 (bluescreens in safe mode)

-Hangs right as Windows tries to load at 600

-Won't POST at any higher settings

Show thread

now keep in mind, all i can do is change the FSB

its multiplier is locked at x6.0

Show thread

so how fast of an overclock do you think this 400MHz Celeron can handle? :3c

worldbuilding, webcomic idea????

tbh this may end up being a "few different stories in the same universe" type deal
