thinking back as best we can and realizing how long we've been like this

major dissociative episodes that caused this to start were in like, April/May 2017

boy headmate that we know as Winter now appeared late 2017, shortly after another headmate disappeared and I took over

Winter got his name in Feb 2018

i now know how to:
-take control of a scene involving a single casualty
-give first aid for most common injuries
-perform one- and two-rescuer CPR on any individual
-use an AED effectively

local shark is certified in first aid :3

local shark knows how to do first aid for fractures and such now uwu

today i learned:
-how to manage an emergency scene effectively
-when and how to perform CPR, and how to use an AED if available
-emergency first aid (bleeding, medical conditions)

tomorrow i go more in depth for first aid stuff

by athletic i mean like, typical hockey player physique
