Hey CS Twitter, what's the goto text on implementing basic concurrency constructs using various primitives? (Specifically, the language I'm working with only has mutexes and conditional variables.)

Free access to hormones is the only way forward.
People who want to transition will find access to hormones, either in the pharmacy or in the grey market. Cutting access from the former pushes people to the latter. This is as true for kids as for adults.
