Unlearning gender roles is a lengthy process

I would say simply be yourself and listen to what you really want. Sometimes it is drowned out by the sound of people's expectations. Pick up hints of what you really want. I would say MOGAI really help with giving you a solid feeling of how you really feel, or at the very least, a good approximation.

Well there are a lot of ways to approach it. A lot of people probably won't be able to be truly "free of gender" but you can definitely make sure the future generations won't have to go through it again.
re: transphobia
@dtluna
Well, we can do that, but lots of individuals have been brought up in our heavily gendered society. To break free from it is to embrace unique concept of gender and people's autonomy.

Hold on I'll pull the receipt
@garfiald
There are actually 2 interpretations of this and I like neither of them one bit.

My favourite drawing from 2018, “Isolation”.
Originally I was planning to draw the Empty Chrysalis, but in the end it was too upsetting for me at the moment to do sth that boils down to “sometimes all the work and pain leads to nothing”. At least here there is the notion that opening up, while difficult, can be done.
2018 was hell for me. For better or for worse though, the universe doesn’t care and the only option is moving forward.
