@kropotkhristian it's not that farfetched to me. malls have areas that could be divided into housing, they have common areas for dining and meetings, even schools.. They turned one mall in the town I'm from into mixed use commercial and it was almost like a little town.

@kropotkhristian I've had a lot of thoughts along this lines. you could turn dead malls into self sufficient communities
