Furries / bdsm / meta
Ask yourself why you're afraid of otherkin / furries.
If it's because you simply don't understand them, ask question!
I had, from my bdsm circles learnt to think "eww furries", but when I joined the fediverse 1.5 years ago, I didn't associate all these cute avis with furries, and got to know the people, and realized that there was a lot more to furries than I'd previously been taught. I dropped that misconception fast.
You can too, if you're willing to grow.
kin discourse
hey if y'all could not be shitheads to otherkin i would appreciate it.
if queer and trans members of the kin community are reaching out to let us, other queer and trans folk, know that they are discriminated against in ways we do not but should better comprehend we should take that seriously. if they tell us they feel marginalised in this shared space, we should take that seriously.

@Taweret traveler, obtain five cans of chicken and gravy recipe wet food from the pet store.
Chickens are opportunity omnivores; they most commonly eat seeds and insects (this is what they're doing when they peck the ground) but they will often eat small lizards and snakes -- or even young mice! -- when they get the chance.
When fed in captivity, they're obviously much less likely to go hunting around for food, but I could still see it. When we had chickens we never really had to feed em, just because we had so much fenced-in grass for them to wander and eat.
