After 4 phone calls totaling over an hour just waiting in queue, we did finally figure it out the day after:
They had been having an unidentified bug so that people that charged their prepaid cards with data-credits right then were assigned to an invalid form of subscription, that wasn't allowed any data-transfer at all,
so my buying credits specifically to upload the video in https://soc.ialis.me/@b9AcE/101319344018311828 to here made everything break.
Took the technician a bi over 10 minutes to fix my prepaid subscription once it had been identified I was affected by the bug.

Very stable systems! :-D
