I came out as #nonbinary a decade ago and there was no tumblr no mastodon, no nothing. I didnt know a decade later how it would be. When i came out it was still sweat inducing and anxiety ridden to say "Im transgender" and worse "but not in a way you think is the right way to be trans". Im glad todays kids can just call themselves "enbies" and have injokes with each other and share memes. The isolation of those days was awful.

having a friend that is non-white is damn well not the same as being non-white.

É recomendável que você não tente não usar nenhum, mas você pode tentar.

É recomendável não usar elx, mas também não é a pior das opções. Só peço que não use el*, el@ ou outras opções com símbolos.

Lembre-se de que nem todo neopronome foi feito para ser neutro e/ou para ser usado no plural. Não recomendo usar pronomes como ila, êla, éle, elae, elea, els, elz, elé ou elê como neutros.

3) Escolha um final de palavra que você sente confortável em usar como neutro. Recomendo e, i ou y. Acho ie e x passáveis. Não recomendo u, im, s, w ou z, assim como qualquer símbolo ou outra consoante.

⭐ Agora você tem seu conjunto neutro, que pode ser ê/elu/e, -/ile/e, ou i/íli/i, ou y/ély/y, ou -/élu/e, entre outros.

Aí acontece o seguinte: se uma pessoa usa -/elu/e e a outra usa le/elu/e, você pode usar -/elu/e para se referir a ambas as pessoas:

Se uma pessoa usa e/ele/e e a outra usa a/ela/a, você deve usar seu conjunto neutro (vou usar le/ile/e como exemplo):

"Iles são não-bináries. Les dues são pessoas agênero, se eu não me engano."

E lembre-se de que a flexão de não-binárie depende de que outras palavras acompanham:

- Uma bandeira não-binária

- Duas pessoas não-binárias

(o/ele/o) - Ele é não-binário.

(o/ele/o) - Ele é uma pessoa não-binária.

- Evento de orgulho não-binário

- Símbolo não-binário

(-/elz/e) - Elz é ume homem não-binárie.

(i/ila/e) - Ila é uma pessoa não-binária. Mais especificamente, é ume mulher não-binárie.
