is it actually legal to officially produce physical media that doesn't have english subtitles that go with the english audio???
I feel so cheated that I have to pick between Japanese audio (with subtitles) or English audio (only translation subtitles)
yes I've checked the built-in disc menu and the ps4 menu
I suppose there's a chance this set might not be as "official" as I thought it was, but heck if was easy to find in-person I would've done that >:\
@dragonmagic sometimes there are closed captions for the dub track but usually the subtitle menu option subtitles are a different translation from the dub's, yeah
like the blu ray box implies otherwise???
why would you only provide legit subtitles for only one audio track???
OTL the Nichijou dub is pretty good and I don't want to raise the volume up...
