my pal was one of the many affected by southwest's actions (or inactions?)
I'm keeping an eye on the news, but y'all let me know if there's any developments
at the very least I want my friend to get their money back for the ticket that became utterly useless
@hergaiety my friend needed to get back to their home city, so they had to get another ticket with different airline
it wasn't cheap, but sadly I don't expect the other airline ticket to be compensated
anyway, thank you for the info! I sent it their way 
@dragonmagic I hear they hope to resume normal activity... Friday which seems unacceptable. Also stumbled across this, no idea how helpful it really is https://redd.it/zxkbsx
