It's not like I'm pushing myself to do extreme stuff on the active days. Some walking (less than 3 miles), some skating, yoga. I always make sure to stretch before and after.

Like, I thought with consistent physical activity, I was supposed to get better at it?

@dragonmagic I haven't really, no. I guess I'll bring it up with my doctor.

One very real possibility is that this is an effect of my second puberty. I'm hormonally a teenager, so it makes sense (to me at least) that I'd need more sleep.

@witchylyn (nodding) sleep is super important! if you don't get enough sleep, your muscles won't be able to repair themselves as well
