“The Foundation” isn’t some shady organization or anything from the article, it seems to be about like, going under the Oldest House to the the actual literal foundation of the building. The area you go to is probably called “The Foundation” because bureaucracy ain’t creative (or there might also be some secret bits of the Oldest House who knows)

@joshua @LANthus The FBC is definitely shady but I don’t think it’s ever really referred to as “the foundation”, I think mostly as the bureau? But it’s been a bit since I’ve played Control so I don’t remember all the lore documents?
