I realized far too late that my pharmacy gave me 100 estrogen pills (1 a day) but only 120 spiro pills (2 a day) so I ran out of spiro and still had 40 estrogen pills, plus they wouldn't gimme More until my refill time was up on the seventh, so I haven't had spiro since like, the start of the month????
I'm pretty sure that's why I feel like garbage right now

On every other smartwatch they're useless if it's off or if you use anything without hands, but in this the hands are always there so they always have a use
