If I say I'm kinda tired don't say "but you work with all this coffee how are you tired???"
If I'm not currently on the clock and I'm in line near you, don't say "oh hey, you're on the wrong side of the counter" as if I can ONLY be working

Like, if you don't tip on a single coffee because you don't carry cash or whatnot that's whatever, no one working will bat an eye
But if you are (presumably) coming in from a tech company to get 40 drinks for a team then you ABSOLUTELY have a way to tip, especially if you're paying with card and it's over $25. You have to sign for that and it asks if you want to tip first, so you have to go out of your way to NOT tip on an almost $200 bill
