@somnius *hugs* i feel you so hard. even if its like "not so bad" for us personally, at least for now, the anxiety and depression and uncertainty is incredibly taxing.

90% of this Zoom discussion is just about using Zoom. Which kind of reminds me of how 20 years ago when cell phones were new, and every cell phone conversation was like "I'm on a cell phone!"

I was ably to buy hand soap off Amazon because they hadn't yet run out of the bad kinds of smells. "I need soap to keep my family alive through this life threatening pandemic... Oh wait it's basil scented? I'd rather die."

i went out and got my essential exercise at a park today! with "fear of outside" so strong, its easy to forget that the world is still a beautiful place. just avoid the part of it that's got human beings. :-/

woke up on the kitchen floor this morning with a bruised arm and a headache. o.O I think I know the cause and it's nothing to worry about... but... a bit exciting!

omg researchers are like, impressively terrible at diagnosing, even the supposed software engineers. "hmm my untested script crashed, maybe my computer stopped doing math correctly?" "... no I bet that isn't the issue kiddo..."

it would be difficult to overstate how much I'm looking forward to seeing nobody and doing nothing this weekend.
