This week's new annotation interface is worse than last week's.

It combines last week's task, which I can't do properly because of egregious mislabeling (and breaks in the continuity of the annotations), with an older task incorporating both familiar and unfamiliar informational domains.

It's laid out to require both vertical and horizontal scrolling.

Worst of all, every time I save an annotation, the whole page refreshes. and I have to scroll back down.
