I updated my resume.... it's much better now.
Biggest things:
* Aesthetically it looks like a lolly instead of like a melon salad.
* No longer mentions me being nonbinary, but still explicitly says that the workplace must be LGBT+ friendly
* I doubled the font size, which meant I had to cut out a heckload of words and just focus on the essential stuff
