Well There's Your Problem is a good podcast but you have to make peace with the fact that in almost every episode the thing they're talking about killed hundreds of innocent people and in most of those, no one faced any consequences
it takes a particular headspace to be okay with listening to that
sometimes it's straight up nobody's fault and like, shit happens. maybe someone should have done the calculations again. maybe they should have had another person take a look at it. but imo it's not really fair to put that blood on anyone's hands
other times someone was greedy or lazy and didn't do something the right way, and they just get to go on like nothing happened after
