my doctor's office has started octuple-checking every time they touch you to avoid like "did surgery on the wrong person" stuff i guess, which is cool

but when i got my blood drawn a bit ago the dude asked me before each of 3 vials and then afterward made me re-confirm that the name on the sticker was mine and without thinking i just asked him "what if it's not, are you gonna put it back in?"
