But this was around the advent of vapes, so it was like, maybe a year or two of cigarettes, but the only two people I knew who admitted they'd gotten addicted only got so from vapes. And they originally were repeating all the stuff about how safe and nonaddictive it was. But I dunno how different that woulda played out with the cigarettes
