I just remembered Try Anything Twice, one of the last custom maps made for portal 1 before the sequel came out...

It's one of my favs, and I've definitely posted about it before, but it's so creative - when you finish each level you are plonked back at the start and have to do it again... except now there's a twist, and the solutions you used before won't work.
