@LottieVixen there exist apps i think for marking each day with a ☹️🙁😐🙂😊 and a note… i don't think i'd do anything fancy just maybe mark on a calendar whether i'm feeling + or - and maybe on a scale of 0.0 to 10.0 how much energy i felt like i had that day, maybe noting any external factors which might've affected my mood (sleep and eating habits are another good thing to note)
and then see if any patterns emerge i guess
