i'm in a no capital letters mood right now
maybe also a no ending punctuation mood
the sun is setting, and i'm going out to see people soon for a late dinner at a noisy place
i expect it to be tasty, & nice to see them, but also stressful
it's also an hour there and back and @Canageek isn't coming with me because it's gurps night

if all else fails, i've had a great last day and a half
i went to a tropical plant & bird conservatory with friends yesterday and had a finch almost crash into the back of my head (i felt the whoosh as it went by)
& then i did some useful cleaning
and today i had coffee with my favorite grad school professor
