I'm fascinated by the fact that the single most important part of The Dark Knight - the bestest Batman evar - is almost entirely overlooked. It's the part where the prisoner throws the detonator out the window, because that entire scenario is bullshit. It's garbage that the Joker concocted and imposed on everyone else. It has nothing to do with the real world.
