I want to play a card game, but online with friends
is there any generic thing that allows us to do this?
I can't use anything with a pre-programmed rules system, because this is an obscure game where the rules are secret (and can change as the game goes on)

@lizardsquid Only things that come to mind are Tabletop Simulator or possibly VASSAL, but I think with VASSAL you have to make your own module/ruleset, and it might not work with rules that change on the fly.
