Ohhh, Mastalab seems like a rather fancy Mastodon App... Looks and feels nicer than Subway Tooter, supports multiple accounts and is on F-Droid 😺

How does one cope with not being able to get any treatment?

It happend as I foresaw.
As my depression is getting treated dysphoria decided to show up and now I am in a constant state of very diffuse dysphoria.
It becomes more and more difficult to keep my mind from thinking about a body it would feel comfortable in.
I already talked to my doctors but it seems as if they're focusing on the depression only.
I don't want to wait 'cause it's slowly getting worse.

Would you all point me to any cite-able links discussing Masto's relatively queer/furry/commie early community?

I want to refer to it in an essay, and can't simply offer my personal recollection as evidence.

Articles, blog posts all welcome. Anything with a stable URL.

did that actually happen? i still follow roughly the same people and i never look at the ptl so i have no idea what the predominant culture here is, my home tl is still pretty fiercely gay/furry/commies

Having a warning/suggestion thing pop up for image uploads gently nudging the user to write a description for the pics also sounds good.

It'd be nice if that image alt text feature was higher on the TODO list.
I mean, I'm not personally affected but still. A proper #UI for the canonical way to give text descriptions for images is something every website should have.
