Damn, I shouldn't have trusted the EBay listing, received a mac mini core2duo, but listed as G4. :( What do I do with this thing now. Was going to use it for MorphOS, now I don't even feel like fixing it. (Has the Question Mark folder). cries in lack of verification
@thedaemon most people listing apple computers for cheap on ebay don't really know the difference. and because ebay gives you similar listings to fill up title and description from they end up picking something that looks like it but isn't the same model.
for mac minis specifically you need to look at the ports to tell whether it's a G4 or intel, iirc intels don't have firewire in the back, or it was something about the DVI port

@thedaemon the very last G5 imac suffers from the same thing because it's hard to distinguish it from the first intel imac, usually you can tell a G5 imac because it doesn't have the built in isight but the very very last G5 did have it
