managed to get a UM3567 (YM2413 clone) playing VGMs with an arduino, but for some reason (i assume SPI SD card access) it lags when there's too many commands at once (when songs are most polyphonic) so playback is very slow. gonna try to write a serial player instead

this has got to be the most annoying packaging i've ever gotten from a seller
