i know about NsCDE and it looks more trouble than it's worth. if regular CDE does what i need it to do (mainly just functioning as a regular modern desktop) i might want that instead if it's less complicated
lazyweb: since CDE is still being maintained, could i feasibly use dtlogin and CDE on a modern ubuntu system? is it hard? is there a guide?
