the takeaway you should have here is that bodies are all different, not that one thing is better than the other
non-criticism random personal observation: a lot of people who use trackballs say it helps them with wrist pain, but i feel pain just imagining flexing my thumb to roll a trackball all day...
conversely, i feel like moving a mouse is much easier
