i can't find anything online about where the TL866II plus is supposed to source the 12.5V Vpp for programming, whether or not it steps that voltage up from USB alone, i don't see an external power input

can the MX27C4000 be fuse-blown to prevent being rewritten, or is mine broken, or does the TL8666II Plus not support it
